General Care Tips:

                                                      

ü  You must catch up on your beauty sleep every day, preferably 7-8 hours every night.
ü  Drink lots and lots of water.
ü  Cleanse tone and moisturise your face every day.
ü  Use a mild scrub to exfoliate all the dead cells once every week.
ü  Ditch alcohol and smoking.
ü  Avoid beverages like tea, coffee and cold drinks. Instead drink herbal and green tea, juices and fluids.
ü  Eat well, eat right.
ü  Bunk the junk foodstuff.
ü  Pass up stress altogether. Your skin is worst affected by tension.
ü  Meditate on a regular basis to relax yourself.
ü  Work out daily for slow the ageing process and keeps your body fit,.
ü  While makeup is good, avoid wearing it .

ü  More than and above all, stay cheerful and smile a lot.
