Importance of Vitamin A

Vitamin A can be found many  fruits, vegetable, whole milk, eggs, butter, fortified margarine, meat and oily saltwater fish. It is used for skin problems like acne, eczema,psoriasis,cold sores,wounds ,sunburn, kerastosis, follicularis,skin scaling,planus pigmentosus and pityriasisrubra Pilaris.
                              It is also used on the skin to improve wound healing, reduce wrinkles, and to protect the skin against UV radiation. vitamin A in required of the proper development and functioning, our eyes, good skin, immune system and many  parts of our body .

Veggies like spinach, broccoli, kale, and so on are all great sources of vitamin A. A good way to eat them is by making a healthy broth of all of these together and drinking it in the sunrise. This can be your power drink of the day to energise you and also keep you fit. It works for your skin and hair also.

Carrots

 You must have heard your family asking you to eat carrots for your eyes. This is because even a single, small carrot has enough vitamin A to fulfil your daily eating. They are one of the best sources to get vitamin A. Eat them raw or add to a salad or make vegetable juice but eat at least one every day.

Pumpkin

 A 100g serving of pumpkin can give you 170% of your daily vitamin A eating. It contains alpha-carotene and beta-carotene which are forms of vitamin A. These not only boost immunity but also help in skin cell renewal keeping signs of ageing at bay.

Sweet potato

 its Called shakkarkand in Hindi, sweet potato is enjoyed as a snack especially during winters. The vegetable is an superb source of vitamin A. one sweet potato is enough to give you your daily vitamin A eating. It has beta-carotene which will defend you from free radical damage.

Dried apricots

 Compared to the foods mentioned above, dried apricots have smaller amounts of vitamin A content. Nevertheless, they are a considerably rich source. They also have carotenoids and antioxidants and a handful of these give about 50% of daily vitamin A necessity.

home made rice flour face pack

                                  Get the glow of rice flour 




  (A)    Rice flour with oats, with honey

Take 1 teaspoon rice flour, half teaspoon oats and half teaspoon honey. Mix all the ingredients  and make a paste.Apply on your face for 15-20 minutes. Smoothly  scrub this pack from the face to reveal a clear and glowing face.This pack is good to get off the peeling dry skin and to whiten the dry face.use this pack and get a good skin tone.This pack can  use 1 time in a week.


B) Rice flour, coconut milk and turmeric (haldi) face pack for fair complexions 


    Mix 1 teaspoon rice flour in coconut milk  and mash properly and make a paste.2 pinches of turmeric powder add in paste and mix them again.apply on face .let it dry and wash with tepid water.this pack is useful for skin lightening and fairness.use this pack in twice in a week . Its use for all skin type to get a lighter skin tone.

(C) rice flour face pack with Multani mitti, tomato juice 

One teaspoon of rice flour and half teaspoon of Multani myth. take some tomato juice and mix rice flour and Multani paste.Apply this face pack in a thick layer on the face.Let it dry and wash with cold water.Try this face pack 3 times in a week and get spotless, pimple free and whitening skin. this pack mostly uses for oily skin and also good for acne.

D) Rice flour pack with gram (besan) flour  for shiny skin.

Take one teaspoon of rice flour and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add half teaspoons gram flour. mix all this in some rose walter keep it slight thicker and apply on the face..after the dry face pack scrub gently.this is a firstly a rice flour scrub pack which will exfoliate the skin .sugar used in this pack will help to give the skin hydration and help eliminate  blemish

(E) Rice flour face pack with cucumber juice for remove sun tan

Mix 1 teaspoon of rice flour with some cucumber and lemon juice and make a paste.apply on face till dry .after it get dry wash it .this pack remove suntan hyper pigmentation ,ageing signs and make the natural skin with fairness.

Benefits of Neem For Skin:

Neem proves to be a wonder for people with problematic skin. Thanks to its anti- fungal and anti- bacterial properties. Neem is a boon for people with sensitive or oily, acne prone skin. Neem benefits include Vitamin C, which helps in getting rid of skin trouble like blackheads, pigmentation, dullness and ageing thus leaving the skin with a youthful glow.

1. Clears Acne & Dark Pigmentation:

Boil a concoction of about 20 neem leaves in half a litre of water till the leaves are soft and discoloured, and the water turns green. Strain and store in a bottle. Use this liquid as a skin toner by just dipping a cotton-ball into it and wiping your face with it every night. Regular usage will help in clearing acne, scarspigmentation and blackheads.
